The Long Island Advocacy Center is a private nonprofit that fights for the legal rights of individuals with disabilities in Suffolk and Nassau counties. The center carries out its work in three ways: through direct individualized services, special education support and education. This involves working with and using attorneys, support services and training, respectively. The Executive Director of the center is Linda Milch.
