BASiC Energy Services provides a range of services in support of America s oil and gas producers. The company maintains a light-duty truck fleet for well repairs that reach 8,000 feet in depth; a medium-duty fleet for repairs 2,000 feet in depth; and a heavy-duty fleet for deeper or more complex repairs. It also offers drilling, construction and infrastructure services in select markets. BASiC separates its operations into nine divisions: the Permian Division, the Arkansas-Louisiana-Texas Division, the Basic Marine Services Division, the Gulf Coast Division, the Mid-Continent Division, the North Texas Division, the South Texas Division, the Southern Rocky Mountain Division and the Northern Rocky Mountain Division. Founded in 1992, BASiC Energy Services maintains its headquarters in Midland, Texas. With more than 2,500 employees, it is one of the largest companies in the industry. It also has operations in La Barge, Wyo.
