Located in Lake George, N.Y., Fort William Henry Museum contains artifacts discovered during archeological excavations at the site and searches of the lake near the fort. The museum s store offers books on French and Indian wars, and various titles, such as history of the Fort William Henry hotel, the last of the Mohicans and The Iroquois. Additionally, it provides books on the history and betrayal of Fort William Henry. The sutler shop at the Fort William Henry Museum provides gifts, books and replicas. The museum organizes education programs, such as guided tours. Fort William Henry Museum is open for more than eight hours a day.
