Founded in 1979, Security Self Storage developed their first self-storage in Wichita, Kansas (2940 N. Amidon). The purpose of this partnership was to develop high-quality, state-of-the-art self-storage facilities, located in quality infill locations. Today, Security Self-Storage has expanded into 8 states (Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, and Texas), and those same founding principles have been used to develop nearly 60 facilities. Business and residential neighbors alike continue to voice their pleasure on how clean and well-maintained all Security Self-Storage locations are. Security Self Storage offers 24 hour access; climate controlled spaces at most Security Self Storage locations; all drive up spaces; outdoor parking at most Security Self Storage locations; RV and Boat Parking at select Security Self Storage locations; computerized gate access; surveillance cameras; well lit properties; perimeter fencing; month to month rentals; and no long term leases at all Security Self Storage locations.
