When our head needs clearing we call a trusted friend, retrieve our dog or set out alone to ski, camp, knit, hike, read, chop, fish, quilt, or climb. But sometimes this isnt enough. Drawing from an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques, we are committed to creating a unique and personalized psychotherapy experience for each of my clients based on their individual needs, goals and strengths. To create an environment where health and healing can take place it is critical that we draw from theories and techniques that fit your specific life and circumstances, creating a holistic therapeutic experience exclusively for your wellbeing. Additionally we partner with local and national universities to provide internship and practicum sites for students during their next to last and final year of their Masters Degree Programs.
