Kremmling Memorial Hospital District is a 25 bed, critical access hospital serving patients in Grand & Summit County, Colorado since 1933. The hospital is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center. In addition to emergency services, the hospital offers in-patient acute care, skilled nursing, out-patient services, surgical services, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, physical therapy and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation. Kremmling Memorial has two family practice clinics, one located in Kremmling and another in Granby. The hospital is now doing business as Middle Park Medical Center, Kremmling/Granby. Services are also in Granby at Middle Park Medical Center, Granby located at 1000 Granby Park Drive South.
