Since 1991, the Mohave Valley Daily News has gone from a three days a week publication to a daily newspaper with a 10,000-plus paid circulation. The Mohave Valley Daily News provides coverage of local news, sports, entertainment, events and attractions in the Mohave Valley, as well as national and world news from The Associated Press. The Daily News is distributed mainly along the Colorado River in communities such as Bullhead City and Fort Mohave, Ariz., Laughlin, Nev., and Needles, Calif. News West Publishing, a division of Brehm Communications, purchased the then-titled Mohave Valley News from Western Newspapers in 1991. The paper has won several state awards for writing, layout and photography since 1993.
