Established in 1967, Dixie Southern Industrial is a steel erection and fabrication company. Located in Polk City, Fla., its fabrication shop is a more than 50,000-square-foot facility and is equipped with sawing machines, roller beds and jig tables. The company also owns several overhead cranes. Its projects include Animal Kingdom Lodge, Cheney Ware house and Deerwood Condos Buildings in Florida.
