Woodpark Apartments opened in 1995, and offers families and individuals one- and two-bedroom units at competitive rates. One-bedrooms range in price from about $827 to $1,002; two-bedrooms go for $994 to $1,203 per month. There is a waiting list. The application process takes two to three weeks, requires proof of identification, proof of income and consent to a background check.
Amenities include access to a pool and spa, BBQ area, community center, a Tot Lot for children and a laundry room. There are also laundry hook-ups in all the apartments for renters with their own washer and dryer. A one-year lease is mandatory, and after a year renters can request a month-to-month arrangement.
