Attorney Michael C. ["Mike"] Boland has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since November 1979.
Mr. Boland began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Berks County DA's office in the Yatron administration in 1979 until 1981. This enabled him to try many cases, even a triple homicide, in the first two years after law school. Mr. Boland actively practices, however, in surrounding counties, especially Lehigh, Chester, Schuylkill and Lancaster counties. He has also appeared in the Courts of Philadelphia County, Union County, Clinton County, Lebanon County, Delaware County, Dauphin County and York County. Additionally, he has filed and argued appeals before both the Commonwealth and Superior Courts in Harrisburg.
Mr. Boland is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of PA. He was admitted to federal practice in 1981.
