Attorney Mark P. Cressman is a second generation Floridian. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1994. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Florida including all United States District Courts. In his final semester of law school at Nova Southeastern Universitys Shepard Broad Law Center, Mr. Cressman was permitted to practice law as an Assistant Attorney General in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a prosecutor, Mr. Cressman successfully tried an armed burglary case against a former law enforcement officer who, after attending law school, began committing crimes as opposed to stopping crimes. Upon his graduation from law school and return to Florida Mr. Cressman began representing insurance companies and defending claims involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, nursing home abuse, dental malpractice and medical malpractice claims. In 2002, Mr. Cressman relocated his practice to Central Florida where he continued to defend insurance companies, physicians, nurses in and around Central Florida. At the same time, Mr. Cressman was one of a select few attorneys who were permitted to represent the physicians and staff at the University Of Florida School Of Medicine.
