H. Austin Snyder Elementary School offers educational opportunities to students in kindergarten through grade six. Established in 1991, the school is administered by the Sayre Area School District and enrolls more than 550 students. H. Austin Snyder Elementary School s curriculum includes art, music, physical education, library, speech therapy and computer education. The school offers various programs in learning support, enrichment and Title I reading. It also coordinates an after-school tutorial session for students. The school maintains an outdoor environmental center that has been constructed by students, staff and volunteers. H. Austin Snyder Elementary School s parents support students through a classroom volunteer program and a parent-teacher group.
