Asheville Christian Academy is a nonprofit organization that offers Christian education to children in preschool through grade 12. The school works closely with the Christian families to inculcate in students standards for life and learning that are consistent with the Scriptures and which result in Christ-like character. Asheville Christian Academys preschool program provides activities designed to enhance cognitive, socio-emotional, physical and spiritual development. The Lower School serves children in preschool through grade five with two sections of each class and provides a Biblically-centered program taught in an age-appropriate manner. The academy offers daily Bible instruction, weekly chapels, a spiritual emphasis week, integration of biblical viewpoint by knowledgeable teachers, physical education classes, social activities and athletic offerings to middle school students. The institute has headquarters in Swannanoa, N.C.
