Founded in 2000, Leggee Elementary School has an enrollment of more than 825 students in grades kindergarten through five and maintains an average class size of 23 students. The school s student support staff includes a school nurse, social workers, and speech and reading specialists. The school s special education services include speech and language therapies, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and specialized instruction for students with learning disabilities, emotional disorders and mild mental impairments. The school offers a variety of programs, such as music, family and intramurals as well as enrichment programs.
