Founded in 1958, Selah Junior High School serves more than 600 students in grades eight and nine. The school organizes classes in English, math, history and social studies. It offers a variety of sports activities, including softball, baseball, football, volleyball and cross-country. Selah Junior High School additionally provides special education services for students with developmental delays. The school offers Title I, English as a Second Language, and gifted and talented programs. It also organizes instruction sessions in vocal music and computer application. Selah Junior High School provides membership options for student council, band and choir clubs.
