Pearl River High School is for students in grades eight to 12. William Furdon is the principal. Cindy Mantas and Kevin McCahill are the assistant principals. The school won a 2006 NYS Public High School Athletic Association School of Distinction for scholar-athlete achievement. Pearl River was also one of the first three schools in the country to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quaity Award in 2001.
