Kenai Peninsula College is a unit of the University of Alaska Anchorage, and offers various associate degree and vocational certificate programs. It offers degree programs in computer electronics, digital art, general business, human services, early childhood development, nursing and paramedical technology. It also offers certifications in mechanical technology, petroleum technology, small business management, welding technology and instrumentation technology. The college offers academic advising, transfer information, financial aid assistance, career counseling and free tutoring services to the students. The college also serves students who need adult basic education, general educational development tutoring and testing, English as a second language and literacy instruction.
