Employers Choice Solutions, Inc was established on January 30, 2001 by Joni Prose. She graduated from Santa Fe community college in Gainesville, Florida and continued her education at the University of Florida majoring in business. Joni co-owned two commercial glass shops in the state of Florida and after selling the last glass company, she pursued a career in business brokering and learned how to market other businesses from the US overseas in order to get top dollar. Joni Prose started her PEO career for the Nelco Companies which grew their company through accountant based offices. Later in her career, she moved to a larger PEO called Nova Care which was later bought by HR Logic. The concept for our business model is preventing the business owner from making costly mistakes from either not properly identifying their specific needs and not matching their company properly to the PEO they need. We also monitor and keep track of a business owners ongoing invoicing which is a free service we offer in order to maintain retention of our existing client base. We lose very few clients after they come aboard and it is our belief it is because we work hard for our clients.
