After the preliminary detox, you will work with a dedicated psychotherapist who will help you uncover and overcome the root causes of your addiction – the situations or experiences that caused you to use in the first place. At the same time, the rest of our industry-leading staff will help you to heal holistically – on the levels of mind, body, and spirit. You will enjoy nutritious gourmet food, organic when available, presented in our dining room with 180-degree white-water ocean views, take meditative walks in our gardens, and strengthen your body with yoga and/or workouts with our personal trainer. You will heal on many levels with massage therapy, acupuncture, and meditation. Cutting edge treatments like interpersonal neurobiology are also available to those clients who would benefit from them. All of this will occur in a spa-type setting, where you will have Wi-Fi access and flat screen televisions in every bedroom. Additionally, any treatments your psychotherapist believes will be important for your recovery – from equine therapy to hyperbarics – will be provided for you. Once you are ready to return home, a carefully considered after-care plan will be provided to you, with your input, to help you maintain your recovery at home. We want you to succeed, and will do everything within our power to help you do so.
