The Mountain Oak Health Centers is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) rural healthcare clinic and is designed to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention. We specialize in acute, chronic, and preventative healthcare needs and offer services to the medically underserved population. Our doors are open to everyone, regardless if medicall insured or not yet, we accept all major health insurance including Medi-cal, Medicare and CMSP. Those without health insurance are charged for services on a sliding fee schedule with fees between $35.00-$55.00 per office visit based on income, members in household and ability to pay.
