Run by Deirdre Antonelli, Future Shapes is a fitness center located just off of Route 9 in Newton Highlands. Antonelli is a certified personal triainer with a certificate from the College of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. The gym is about 2,000 square feet and offers bikes, treadmills, free weights, and more.
