Hillside Auto Repair has been open since 1993 and is combined with a Gulf station that offers self-service gas and diesel. Hillside Auto also has several lifts and an army of mechanics who will perform basic maintenance and repair while you wait in the magazine-filled office. There is usually a long line of commercial and fleet vehicles awaiting mechanical services. Inspections are also done here, and the gas station opens at 6 a.m.
This large gas and service station is on the corner of Broadway and McGrath Highway and is built to withstand copious amounts of vehicle traffic. There is a basic convenience store at this location, offering cigarettes, lotto and drinks and restrooms are available on the side of the building with key access. The Gulf also has a limited number of service bays and does basic maintenance like battery replacement, inspections and lube. For all of its offers, this Gulf does not however sell diesel.
