The Village Court is located on the first floor of the Village Hall. Court is usually in session for vehicle and traffic matters, civil actions, small claims and Village Code matters every week on Tuesdays, and for criminal matters on Thursdays. Court sessions begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. One Wednesday a month, starting at 8:00 p.m., the Court is also in session for small claims matters. Dates and times for other hearings, trials and small claims proceedings vary.
Traffic violations are usually taken care of by regular mail or in person.
Payment of fines may be made at the Court Clerk’s window on the second floor.
