Nestled at the very beginning of King Street, not far from the Metro North station, the Chappaqua Village Market has only two aisles of space, it's safe to call it a small shop, but that doesn't stop Vinny Milazzo, the owner for over 35 years, from stocking a surprisingly large variety of excellent products. You can find nearly anything, from the emergency onion to the hard-to-find Italian chocolate to Westchester's Best Biscotti (his grandmother's recipe).
