Founded in 1893 by Henry and Frederick W. Corp as a machine tool shop. After a short stint in the bicycle manufacturing business, Corp Brothers became a Praxair distributor in 1924 and a supplier of gases and welding equipment. Avery Seaman Jr. has been the president of the corporation since 1985.
