The Loudon County Fairgrounds is a private property owned by the Loudoun County 4-H Club and operate by Loudoun Fair and Associates. It is home to the 4-H Fair and features the property's original show-barn, a pavilion, an arena, a dining hall and more. These are available for rent for a wide variety of events. Rental pricing ranges from $300 for use of one floor of the Sykes Hall to $2,500 for the entire facility. All proceeds go to benefit the grounds and the 4-H Club.
