Wheaton Village is a nonprofit art-based organization located in Millville, N. J. It houses a collection of more than 6,500 objects in a 20,000-square-foot exhibition area. The collection is shown in period rooms and organized chronologically, beginning with a piece from the 1739 Wistarburgh Glass Works, Americas first successful glass factory. Some of the other glass factories represented includes Mount Washington, Pairpoint, Durand and Tiffany. Other exhibits include mason jars, paperweights, Victorian art glass, uranium glass, free-blown whimsies. Works of contemporary artists such as Paul J. Stankard, Dale Chihuly and Ginny Ruffner can be seen at the art gallery. Visitors can also view the worlds largest bottle, which was made in Wheaton Villages glass factory and featured in The Guinness Book of World Records.

The Millville Army Airfield Museum The Millville Army Air Field Museum preserves U.S. military aviation history, including the recent Middle East conflict. Museum programs and tours focus on education about Millvilles vital role in aviation history and the history of the P-47 Thunderbolt. The museum is a federal nonprofit organization, which was founded in 1983, and incorporated by the State of New Jersey in 1988. Millville Army Air Field Museum Millville Airport was dedicated "Americas First Defense Airport" on August 2, 1941 by local, state, and federal officials. In less than a year, construction of military base facilities began, and in January 1943, the Millville Army Air Field opened as a gunnery school for fighter pilots. Gunnery training began with Curtiss P-40F "Warhawk" aircraft, but after a few weeks, the P-40s were gone, and the Republic P-47 "Thunderbolt" ruled the skies over Cumberland County. During its three year existence, thousands of soldiers and civilians served here, with about 1500 pilots receiving advanced fighter training in the Thunderbolt. The Museum is open from 10 am to 4 pm Tuesday through Sunday. Monday visits may be scheduled by appointment.

The organization manages a landfill that spreads across an area of more than 70 acres and handles over 500 tons of solid waste daily. In addition, it has a facility that treats leachate from landfill. The Cumberland County Improvement Authority provides a variety of information about the recycling of food boxes, bags, bulbs and containers. The organization also operates collection centers. It administers the Adopt-A-Road program for a clean and healthy environment.
