Trevino a founder, principal and CFO of Business Finance Corporation has been with the company since its inception. Dustin has over fifteen years of experience in the asset based lending industry. He received his MBA degree from Texas Christian University, Neely School of Business with emphasis on finance and public markets. Among other things Dustin is experienced in asset based lending, business growth strategies, debt restructuring, turnarounds, and business development. He performs all of the financial modeling for the company as well as client companies, including zero based budgets and pro forma financial statements. Dustin has developed a keen business instinct as a result of working in the field as well as in the office. His ability to analyze the numbers is essential and a key component of every business strategy developed by the company. Mackay, is an attorney, principal and VP of Business Finance Corporation. Mr. Mackay has over twenty five years of legal experience with emphasis in business financing, technology licensing and protection, mergers, acquisitions and turnarounds. Mr. Mackay is also a founder and principal in numerous other businesses, businesses encompassing such industries as Internet infrastructure and technology, financing and service. He was formerly Director of international policy and business development Verisign, Inc, where he represented the company in matters related to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ( ICANN ) and other critical industry organizations and standards bodies.
