Body Tuning Aerobic Studio is for people who are serious about cardiovascular fitness. The regular classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, aerobic muscle conditioning, flexibility and coordination. Each class consists of a warm-up, stretch, a 45-minutes aerobic exercise, walking cool down, toning for upper and lower body and a stretch cool down. All exercises are easily modified for high-intensity or low-impact needs and are designed for both new and advanced students. Body Tuning Aerobic Studio offers a variety of membership packages to meet its customers' needs. All prospective members can try a week for free. Just come to any class -- no reservation is necessary. Body Tuning Aerobic Studio is located on 64th and North Avenue behind the Radio Shack. The entrance is in the alley.
