GTS, Inc was formed in July of 2005 by Andy McClarrinon, P.E. and David Berry, E.I. to perform geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services. Quality of deliverables and timeliness of services are the overriding goals of GTS, Inc The partners of GTS, Inc have a combined 27 years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing experience in the Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas region. Through offering Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Geotechnical Engineering Studies, and Construction Materials Testing Services, we can provide due diligence in the initial stages of a project and aid with quality control during construction of the project. To further our scope of services, a Certified Welding Inspector was added to GTS, Inc staff in early 2006. The CWI has over 13 years of construction materials testing experience, and has over 10 years of experience as a structural steel/certified welding inspector. A branch office was opened in Harrison, Arkansas in the summer of 2007 to expand our service area into North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri. Non-professional current staffing includes three administrative staff, seven full time construction materials testing technicians, four full time drilling technicians and one full time and two part time laboratory and field support personnel. Professional staffing includes one Professional Engineer (P.E.), one Engineering Intern (E.I.) and one Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
