Our Business James E. Garon & Associates, Inc. originated in Austin, Texas during 1989. In 1990 a branch office was opened in Bastrop, Texas. The principal, James E. Garon, R.P.L.S. 4303, has been registered in the State of Texas since 1984. James E. Garon is licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying, is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Land Surveyors and has worked in the surveying industry for over 31 years. Our firm has provided surveying services to the residential and commercial retail development market, including projects from conception to completion involving Boundary and Topographic surveying, Subdivision Platting and Construction staking. We embrace technology that allows us to provide an accurate and professional level of service with substantial time savings. Our experience includes: Land planning, surveying, design and client representation for residential and commercial development projects, James E. Garon & Associates, Inc. was originally founded as a surveying company. Our capabilities expanded to include civil engineering services. VanGarD Engineering, Inc. was formed for civil engineering consulting services to prvide site planning and subdivision design. Our clients include: Architects, Engineers, Attorneys, Banks, Builders, Churches, Developers, General Contractors, Title Companies, Governmental Agencies and Individual Property Owners. Our office employs two Registered Professional Land Surveyors, three CAD Technicians and three to four survey crews. Our field crews consists of highly trained and experienced staff members. Field crews are equipped with the latest surveying equipment and our office staff utilize the latest computer and software technology to provide a speedy response to our clients needs.
