Waldraff Land Surveying provides services in a wide range of survey disciplines including boundary entrancement, DGPS reconnaissance, GIS data collection, topographic site mapping, GPS site control, 3-D architectural, historical or topographic scanning,FEMA flood elevation certificates, construction, as-built, ALTA/ACSM Land Title, subdivision, lot line adjustment, industrial, route, aerial mapping control and preparation of site plans, grading plans and legal descriptions. Plans and maps are created using industry standard CAD software and can be provided in both digital and conventional hard-copy formats. For the convenience of some clients, Visa and Master Card will be accepted for payment. All surveys are conducted directly by Richard F.
