Last Devenport, Inc ( LDi ) was established in 2003 to improve service to the residential and commercial developers in South Florida along with meeting the needs of our municipal neighbors. LDi has quickly established itself as a leader in the land development forum by providing a quality product in a timely manner. Last Devenport, Inc ( LDi ) is qualified as a CIM of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County Small Business Enterprise ( SBE ). LDi recognizes the need to design and construct sustainable sites and is registered with the Green Building Certification Institue ( GBCI ). Our principal engineer, Ronald W. Last, P.E., has lived and worked in Palm Beach County for over 25 years. Mr. Last has been responsible for the timely design, permitting and construction certification for numerous subdivision plats, both residential and commercial, and roadway improvement projects within Palm Beach County. His knowledge, expertise and ability to work with the Countys staff are unparalleled. Mr. Last is also an active volunteer member of the Palm Beach County Land Development Regulation Advisory Board, Palm Beach County Development Review Oversite Committee and Past President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Florida Engineering Society. Mr. Last has been recognized by his peers being named the 2007 Engineer of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers. In addition, Mr. Last is a LEED Accredited Professional by the GBCI for New Construction.
