As entrepreneur of Solomons Academy LLC, Lisa has more than seventeen years teaching experience combined in Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, New York public schools, homeschooling and Solomons Academy LLC. As a veteran educator with varied experience she has an immense amount of passion for education and assisting the community. The passion was rewarded her first year of teaching by Johnston County Schools, North Carolina with The Flame for Learning Award. As a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana; a leading university in education fields, the university prepared Lisa with an excellent, well rounded education. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education; Health Science and and Safety Endorsement and Science Endorsement, her journey of making an impact on the lives of children and their families began.
