Van Duzer Industry Partners A winery like Van Duzer Vineyards can produce the finest wines in the country, but without a dedicated network of wine distributors, wine stores and restaurants, Van Duzer would be unavailable to those who enjoy wine. This page provides our partners in the wine trade with the news and tools that are of special interest to them. Your dedicated sales contact is National Sales Manager Tanna Massar, [email protected]. Unlike many of its neighbors in the Willamette Valley, Van Duzer Estate Pinot Gris is made in a dry style, aged 100% in stainless steel and released shortly after harvest because it is sooooo right with warmer weather and consumers lighter food preferences. The 2009 vintage Estate Pinot Gris -- only 1, 500 cases -- follows the dry style but with heightened poached pear and Asian lemongrass. Price? $16 retail. Tech Sheet Van Duzers Pinot Noir Rose meets buyers needs for a fun, light-hearted wine at $16 retail. At the same time, this Rose has the serious heft of a red wine tannic structure and a near bone dry style that will prove equal to fish like salmon and tuna, ham and lamb. Only 500 cases. This is truly a great deck wine. Tech Sheet The third leg of the spring trio is Van Duzers Vintners Cuvee Pinot Noir, the exuberant younger brother to the more refined Estate Pinot Noir. The 2008 Vintners Cuvee borrows flavor notes and textural character from seven Pinot Noir clonal varieties. The prevailing initial impressions are of ripe red berries and cherry. The accents of cardamom, cinnamon and clove derive from the Dijon clones in the Cuvee blend. Very satisfying with hearty meats and BBQ and all for $20 retail. Tech sheet
