Here, he specializes in minimally invasive surgical pain management and pain medicine services. He also performs disability evaluations for workers’ compensation and Social Security disability assessments. Dr. Jiang completed his Doctor of Medicine and a urology residency at Shandong Medical University in Jinan, China. He received his PhD from Free University, Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 2006 before he moved to the United States. Dr. Jiang conducted research at Washington University in St. Louis, MO and the University of Washington in Seattle WA between 2006 and 2012. During this time he authored numerous scientific papers. Dr. Jiang moved to New York and completed an Internship in General Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. In 2013-2016, at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with honors as Chief Resident. Dr. Jiang completed a Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH in the accredited Pain Medicine program in 2017.

J. Ben Baccus, MD received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston Medical School. He completed residencies in anesthesiology and pathology at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, and completed his fellowship in pain medicine at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. Dr. Baccus has held numerous military assignments including as a Special Forces Officer, task force surgeon and several years as a staff anesthesiologist at hospitals in the U.S. and Japan. He also served as the Anesthesia Department Head at U.S. Military Hospital Kuwait. In addition to his military service, Dr. Baccus has been honored with numerous military awards including the Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Medal and Naval Unit Commendation Award. Board-certified in pain medicine, Dr. Baccus is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Society of Anesthesiology and the American Society of Regional Anesthesiology.
