Montessori of Greenwich Bay is a school for children ages 18 months to 5 years old located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. The school employs the Montessori method, an approach to education based on research done by Marie Montessori in the early 1900s. As each child grows and becomes more self-sufficient and independent the staff to child ratio drops, beginning at 1:4 with infants to 1:13 for 6 to 8-year-olds.
