When you hear Jazz exercise you think leg warmers and leotards, right? Or a workout for your Mom but not for you? We admit our work outs got so popular in the 80s that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. Its true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotards and the 80s are long gone and our classes are way too hot for leg warmers. We are still evolving and transforming peoples bodies and their lives.
