The Flannery School of Irish Dance, located in the Sportsplex of St. Charles, provides lessons on traditional Irish dancing for ages five and up and combines hard work and skill-building with fun, teamwork and physical fitness. It allows students to develop their full potential while learning self-discipline and self-confidence. Performances and competitions are available to all students, but not required.
Cheer Alliance is a competitive cheer organization based on North 17th St. in St. Charles. The organization offers a wide range of classes and programs for athletes, and features a 12,000 square foot facility.
The facility offers a wide range of features including a tumble track, therapy room, viewing room, party room and a spring tumble floor. The location hosts birthday parties and also offers private lessons, stunt training, yoga work and conditioning training among much more.

Fox Ballet is a performing arts studio, production company and training center serving students of all ages in the St. Charles area. The Young Dancers program at Fox Ballet, for children between the ages of 4 and 7, is intended to develop balance, flexibility and rhythm in its students; in addition, there is a skills development program for individuals seeking supplemental training for their ongoing dance education. Fox Ballet also offers a Pre-Professional program for students looking to perfect their techniques and to prepare for an advanced career in dance.
The Studio of Classical & Contemporary Dance offers professional dance instruction to students of all ages in the St. Charles area. All students are required to wear pink tights and a black leotard for ballet classes, and a leotard, tights, shorts or jazz pants for all other classes. Students can register for classes online, although new students are encouraged to register in person in the studio. The class minimum at The Studio is five, so students can bring a friend to ensure that their class will not be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
Unlike many newer dance studios, Nelson Dance Center was designed for comprehensive dance training from the start. The building was envisioned by founder Margaret Nelson to house all the space needed by dancers and their teachers. It offers classes for children and adults in more than twelve different dance styles and has provided instruction for more than 80 years. The center also teaches couples how to dance in view of their upcoming nuptials.
