This is Studio 2 of the Peninsula School of Performing Arts (the first is at Lunada Bay). Adults and children can learn ballet, tap, and jazz at different levels at this location. Students have the opportunity to participate in several shows performed throughout the year. Their affiliate ballet company, Dance Peninsula Ballet, presents the Nutcracker every December. The teachers at Peninsula School of Performing Arts bring a wide repertoire of skills and experience into their classes and performances. Average class size is 10.
The Dance Factory School of Performing Arts has been at this location for the over three years. It was recently sold to a new owner who is very popular with the 160 students, ages 2 to 18 years. The classes consist of jazz, tap, hip, tumbling, lyrical and contemporary. It is a very exciting place to learn to dance. Dance costumes and accessories are sold here.
