Founded in 1990, J&R Gymnastics provides coaching and manages gym operations. Located in New Braunfels, Texas, it offers various classes in gymnastics, tumbling, tumbling-n- trampoline, cheerleading and extreme. Through its J&R Blackbelt Academy, the gym provides training in tae kwon do to children age four up through adult. J&R Gymnastics offers an array of programs, including playnastics, Friday night fun/parents night out, open gym, specialty clinics as well as field trips and New Years party/lock-in.
