This locally owned dance studio is operated out of the Merrick American Legion center.While classes here are primarily geared toward children and young adults, instruction is open to all ages. Private lessons are also available. The centre also hosts children's birthday parties by reservation.
Arthur Murray Dance Studio offers private or group classes in contemporary ballroom, Latin, salsa, disco, swing, and wedding dancing. Latin and rhythm dancing are among the more popular kinds of dances taught at the studio.
