The Crook County Sheriff s Office is a constitutional agency for the state of Oregon that provides law enforcement services, as well as preserves residents lives, maintains human rights and protects property. It maintains an administrative and records division that performs activities related to civil services, property accountability, evidence control and equipment maintenance. The Crook County Sheriff s Office s operations division offers patrol, investigation, traffic enforcement and courthouse security services. The sheriff s office also has a community corrections division that is comprised of parole and probation, community service, work crew, and related transitional and treatment sections.
