The Oklahoma County Clerks Office serves as the central filing office for all financing statements for the State of Oklahoma. It serves the Board of County Commissioners and excise, equalization and tax roll correction boards of Oklahoma County, Okla. INCOG, also known as the Indian Nations Council of Governments, is a regional planning agency for Tulsa Metropolitan Area.
