The Facilities Management division of the Calcasieu Parish is located in Lake Charles, La. The division offers repair, routine and preventive maintenance programs and offers renovations and modification of facilities and Parish grounds with use of in-house and contract personnel. It assists in Parish s satellite programs, including community services, housing, juvenile detention, animal control and job training. The Facilities Management division provides in-house custodial services and provides contact and supervision of contractors. It coordinates with architects and contractors through its capital improvement program. The division additionally assists in selection, maintenance and operation of more than 100 polling precincts throughout the Parish. It also has a creative services department that provides services for artistic and signage needs of the Calcasieu Parish.
