The Perry County Sheriff s Office is a law enforcement agency that preserves human lives and property, protects public peace and the rights of citizens, prevents crime and disorder, and enforces local, county and federal laws. It serves and processes various writs, orders, subpoenas and other civil papers for local courts and other county and state departments. The Perry County Sheriff s Office undertakes several motor vehicle and child safety seat inspections.
