One of eight neighborhood health clinics, the DeKalb Grady Health Center is a primary care facility offering full general practice services including adult and family medicine, pediatrics and women's health. The clinic is an affiliate of Grady Health System.
The Douglas County Board of Public Health is a clinic that provides services for both children and adults. Family planning services are offered here, as well as women's health and maternal screenings. Sexually transmitted diseases are also diagnosed and treated here, including HIV/AIDS anonymous testing, counseling and on-going care. Tuberculosis services are also available.
Located on the ground floor of the North Fulton Annex, health services include general sick-patient care, OB-GYN and dental. The center also offers behavioral health counseling and group sessions. Separately, the center provides career counseling, job search and housing assistance, foreclosure prevention assistance and more.
