Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Circuit and County Court is a duly elected constitutional officer that oversees a variety of records filed with courts in Miami-Dade County in Florida. The office provides support to the court system and professional service to the public, the judiciary, the legal community and the County Commission in Miami-Dade County.
