This district court is the most southeasterly court in the Bucks County District Court system. It's located in the township municipal complex. Judge Leonard J. Brown presides over this Magisterial District. He is one of two in Bensalem and 20 county wide. Magesterial judges handle civil cases up to $8,000 and criminal cases from a parking violations to the initial phases in murder cases.
