Flagler County Sheriffs Office, located in Bunnell, Fla., partners with citizens and contract cities, and enforces state laws, prevents criminal activities, and protects life and property of the citizens. The office also focuses on maintaining order, and operating a safe, constitutional jail system. It is a part of the Flagler County Council, which was established in 1917. Flagler County Sheriffs Office has various divisions, including records, finance and grants, management information systems, and communications divisions. The office also has criminal investigations, marine patrol, emergency response team, and canine unit. It also has several school resource officers, police athletic league road patrol and inmate facility.
